After completing the 3-Day Refresh, I’m continuing to make healthier snack choices instead of reverting to one of the many unhealthy options.
Today’s snack consists of:
- 2 Tablespoons of Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
- 1 Cup Fresh Veggies (Carrots and Red Pepper)
- 1/2 Cup Pineapple
This would be an easy snack to take on the run in a couple of storage containers!
