Tim and I have both been feeling a bit sluggish as a result of eating poorly. And I’ve got some serious bloat going on! When I continue to reach for leggings or yoga pants, it’s time to assess the situation! I hate to be uncomfortable and lately my jeans have not been comfortable. Anyone else? Not to mention that this poor eating could easily trigger my adrenal fatigue to kick in: ain’t NOBODY got time for that!
I will admit that I’ve been eating way too many cookies! Even though they are organic and all natural, too many is NOT a good thing.
We started our morning with weight, measurements and really yucky looking pictures as we prepared to begin the 3-Day Refresh!
I got my workout in (Insanity MAX30, Max Sweat), showered and then started making all of our shakes, using a bunch of Super foods.
This was my lunch today! Oh and this concoction smelled like a lemon cookie. There was no lemon in it so I can’t figure that out. Oh well!
10 ounces of water
1 packet of Vanilla Fresh
1 1/2 teaspoons of Almond Butter
2 C Spinach
1/2 medium Banana
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Blend all ingredients in a blender and add ice to desired consistency! Enjoy!!
My afternoon snack consisted of a red pepper, carrots and avocado! Why do I not eat veggies more often? I really enjoyed this snack! And it was MUCH healthier for me than other things I have a tendency to grab.
Dinner will be Veggie Stir Fry tonight with broccoli, carrots, red pepper and seasonings! Yummy!!!
