I just completed Day 2 of Week 3 of Focus T25 and have been creating a mental list of the things I love about this new program. It’s time to share that list.


1. TIME: It’s 25 minutes! Just like you, my time is extremely valuable. To know that I can complete a great workout in less than 30 minutes and never have to leave my house is a HUGE time saver!
2. FOCUS/FORM: That’s right! FOCUS T25 is all about FOCUS. Shaun continually reminds us to use proper form and explains what that looks like. He also provides constant reminders to focus on the area we are currently working. Form is foundational and you MUST focus to achieve proper form.
3. VARIETY: I love the variety! Just when you think one muscle group is completely toast and you can’t do any more, Shaun T switches it up and your moved on to another area and feeling fresh!
4. FITNESS ABILITY: FOCUS T25 is great for ALL fitness levels. Seriously! Of course this is a fabulous program for the extremely fit individual but there is also a modifier included on all of the workouts. She demonstrates the low impact version of the workout. Believe me, you can get a really intense workout with the low impact version. Please, go at your own pace! Everyone has different needs and this program strives to help more people with the one program! It is a fabulous program those of us who suffer from perimenopause symptoms, menopause sypmtoms, and adrenal fatigue symptoms. Crank the air ladies because you will get HOT! LOL
5. FOOD: For those who know me realize that I am domestically challenged and my greatest nemesis is the dreaded kitchen! FOCUS T25 includes an amazing meal plan which includes a 5-Day Fast Track meal plan to help you see results fast, a list of 25 foods that are nutritious, delicious and affordable to make sure you get it done even when you are out and about, AND 25 recipes with only 5 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep time! For those staple items that take longer to cook, and there are only a few, there are “make ahead” recipes. NOW, that’s my kind of cooking!

    Just finished day 4 of week 1.
    I’m just a newbie, and have to work with the modifier (at this point until I build up my strength and stamina) but I am FEELING THE BURN
    I can hardly wait to see how great i will feel in another 9 weeks and 1 day!
